Cheese pimiento biscuits

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Flour; sifted |
| 5 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| ½ | cup | Shortening |
| 1 | cup | Cheddar cheese; grated |
| ¼ | cup | Pimiento; finely chopped |
| 1 | cup | Milk; (up to 1-1/2) |
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Sift together dry ingredients in large bowl. Cut in shortening. Stir in cheese and pimiento. Add milk gradually to make dough. Roll out to ½-inch thickness.
