Garlic pimiento cheese spread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
4 \N Juars; (4 oz.) diced pimientos, drained
½ cup Plus 2 Tablespoon Sandwich and Salad Sauce; (Heinz, I believe.)
1 pint Salad dressing or mayonnaise; (I use Hellman's.)
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
½ teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Red pepper
3 \N Clove garlic; crushed, ( I use half the amount.)

Combine all ingredients except cheese in food processor and puree. Add cheese by handfuls until all is combined. I try to make this as smooth as possible.
