Measure | Ingredient |

2 pounds | Sharp cheddar cheese; grated |
4 \N | Juars; (4 oz.) diced pimientos, drained |
½ cup | Plus 2 Tablespoon Sandwich and Salad Sauce; (Heinz, I believe.) |
1 pint | Salad dressing or mayonnaise; (I use Hellman's.) |
2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
½ teaspoon | Worchestershire sauce |
½ teaspoon | Red pepper |
3 \N | Clove garlic; crushed, ( I use half the amount.) |
Combine all ingredients except cheese in food processor and puree. Add cheese by handfuls until all is combined. I try to make this as smooth as possible.
