Quickie hollandaise sauce

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter or margarine
⅛ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
3 eaches Egg yolks

In small saucepan, heat butter with lemon juice and salt until bubbly. Add slowly to egg yolks, beating constantly. Makes ¾ cup.
