Pete's meat loaf

Ingredients

4slicesAny bread; soaked in milk (sometimes I use saltine crackers)
8largesCarrots; grated
1mediumOnion; chopped
1Green bell pepper; chopped (optional)
Salt; coarse black pepper, celery salt to taste
2cupsCatsup
½cupBrown sugar
¼cupHoney
3tablespoonsPrepared mustard

Directions

SAUCE

Mix all ingredients for meat loaf and bake at 350 deg. for one hour. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meat loaf during last 20 minutes of baking.

Serve with additional sauce.
