Pete's meat loaf

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground meat
4 slices Any bread; soaked in milk (sometimes I use saltine crackers)
8 larges Carrots; grated
1 medium Onion; chopped
1 \N Green bell pepper; chopped (optional)
\N \N Salt; coarse black pepper, celery salt to taste
2 cups Catsup
½ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Honey
3 tablespoons Prepared mustard


Mix all ingredients for meat loaf and bake at 350 deg. for one hour. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over meat loaf during last 20 minutes of baking.

Serve with additional sauce.
