Jo's meat loaf

Ingredients

| ⅔ | cup | Bread crumbs -or- |
| 3 | slices | White bread |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1½ | pounds | Ground beef |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| ¼ | cup | Grated onion |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sage (opt) |
Directions
Mix well and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 8 generous servings I sometime use egg substitute and skim milk, it cuts down on the fat that way and I also use the leanest ground beef, I can buy.
