Persimmon cookies #2

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Shortening
2 cups Flour
1 Egg
1 cup Persimmon pulp
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Soda
1 cup Raisins (dunk in wiskey)
1 cup Walnuts - chopped
½ teaspoon Ground Cloves
½ teaspoon Nutmeg

Cream shortening and sugar, add egg and beat. Add all the rest. Drop by tsp. and bake @ 350 - 15 mins.
