1cupShortening
2cupsFlour
1Egg
1cupPersimmon pulp
½teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonSoda
1cupRaisins (dunk in wiskey)
1cupWalnuts - chopped
½teaspoonGround Cloves
½teaspoonNutmeg

Directions

Cream shortening and sugar, add egg and beat. Add all the rest. Drop by tsp. and bake @ 350 - 15 mins.
