Peppery dry rub

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Coarsely cracked black peppercorns |
| ¼ | cup | Coarsely cracked white peppercorns |
| 2 | tablespoons | Ground coriander |
| 2 | tablespoons | Red pepper flakes; (up to 4) |
| ¼ | cup | Light brown sugar; packed |
| ½ | cup | Salt |
Directions
Stir together all ingredients in a bowl. Rub into all sides and ends of meat.
Naturally, I had to make a lot for all the meat I had.
