Peppery dry rub

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
2cupsCoarsely cracked black peppercorns
¼cupCoarsely cracked white peppercorns
2tablespoonsGround coriander
2tablespoonsRed pepper flakes; (up to 4)
¼cupLight brown sugar; packed
½cupSalt

Directions

Stir together all ingredients in a bowl. Rub into all sides and ends of meat.

Naturally, I had to make a lot for all the meat I had.
