Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Coarsely cracked black peppercorns |
¼ cup | Coarsely cracked white peppercorns |
2 tablespoons | Ground coriander |
2 tablespoons | Red pepper flakes; (up to 4) |
¼ cup | Light brown sugar; packed |
½ cup | Salt |
Stir together all ingredients in a bowl. Rub into all sides and ends of meat.
Naturally, I had to make a lot for all the meat I had.
