Peppery dry rub

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Coarsely cracked black peppercorns
¼ cup Coarsely cracked white peppercorns
2 tablespoons Ground coriander
2 tablespoons Red pepper flakes; (up to 4)
¼ cup Light brown sugar; packed
½ cup Salt

Stir together all ingredients in a bowl. Rub into all sides and ends of meat.

Naturally, I had to make a lot for all the meat I had.
