Yield: 1 Servings
|2 cups||Coarsely cracked black peppercorns|
|¼ cup||Coarsely cracked white peppercorns|
|2 tablespoons||Ground coriander|
|2 tablespoons||Red pepper flakes; (up to 4)|
|¼ cup||Light brown sugar; packed|
Stir together all ingredients in a bowl. Rub into all sides and ends of meat.
Naturally, I had to make a lot for all the meat I had.
