4cupsPurple cabbage - shredded
4Green onions - chopped
2Carrots - shredded
1Yellow pepper - chopped
1Green pepper - chopped
1Chili pepper - chopped
4tablespoonsFresh basil - chopped
½cupSour cream
½cupMayonnaise
1Garlic clove - minced
½teaspoonChili powder
pinchCayenne pepper to taste

Directions

DRESSING

Combine vegetables in large bowl. Blend dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss. Chill 30 minutes or overnight before serving.
