| 15 | grams | Orange juice |
| 30 | grams | Soft butter |
| 2 | grams | Salt |
| 5 | grams | Icing sugar |
| 6 | Red pepper corns | |
Directions
Cream butter, sugar and salt with a whisk.
Add orange juice. Add flour and egg whites. Spread evenly over an 8 inch round stencil with a pastry. Place pepper corns in centre of each tuile.
Bake in the oven at 200C for 3-4 minutes. Leave to cool.
