Pepper tuile

Measure Ingredient
4 Egg whites; not whipped
40 grams Flour
15 grams Orange juice
30 grams Soft butter
2 grams Salt
5 grams Icing sugar
6 Red pepper corns

Cream butter, sugar and salt with a whisk.

Add orange juice. Add flour and egg whites. Spread evenly over an 8 inch round stencil with a pastry. Place pepper corns in centre of each tuile.

Bake in the oven at 200C for 3-4 minutes. Leave to cool.
