Pepper steak--old bay seasoning version

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Sliced green pepper |
| 1 | cup | Sliced onion |
| ½ | cup | Coarsely chopped celery |
| 1 | cup | Sliced mushrooms |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Corn starch |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning |

Directions
In skillet, brown round steak slightly in butter or margarine. Add vegetables, salt and Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Mix corn starch with water and soy sauce. Pour over vegetables.
