Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Round steak |
| 3 | tablespoons | Oil |
| 2 | larges | Bell peppers; chopped |
| 3 | Green onions w/tops; chopped | |
| 3 | Ribs celery; cut in julienne strips | |
| 1½ | cup | Water |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
| ⅓ | cup | Molasses |
| 3 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Ginger |
| 2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
Directions
Slice steak in thin julienne strips. Saute in hot oil until brown. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are clear & crisp. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles or both. Yields 4-6 servings.
