Pepper steak #1

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Round steak
3 tablespoons Oil
2 larges Bell peppers; chopped
3 Green onions w/tops; chopped
3 Ribs celery; cut in julienne strips
1½ cup Water
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
⅓ cup Molasses
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
1½ teaspoon Ginger
2 teaspoons Lemon juice

Slice steak in thin julienne strips. Saute in hot oil until brown. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are clear & crisp. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles or both. Yields 4-6 servings.
