Pepper steak #4

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Steak; cut in strips (up to)
6 tablespoons Butter
Garlic salt
2 Onions; chopped
3 Green peppers; chopped
1 Or
2 Tomatoes; chopped
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Water
1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Brown steak in butter and simmer a few minutes. Remove meat from pan and set aside. Add onions, pepper and tomatoes to pan, season with garlic salt, and saute a few minutes. Return meat to pan. Meanwhile, combine cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Stir into meat mixture and simmer until thickened.

Serve over coked rice.
