Pepper jam

Measure Ingredient
2 smalls Red hot peppers
⅓ cup Red bell pepper
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
1⅓ cup Apple juice
⅓ cup Plum tomato
4 cups Sugar
1 Pouch
Pectin

Dice peppers and tomato. Bring all ingredients, except pectin, to full boil in med saucepan. Add pectin, return to boil. Cook for one minute, fill jars and seal. -----
