Simple pecan crunch cakes

Measure Ingredient
110 grams Unsalted butter; (4oz)
1 cup Chocolate chips
150 grams Shredded coconut; (5 1/2oz)
110 grams Chopped pecans; (4oz)
400 millilitres Condensed milk; (14fl oz)

Heat oven to 180øC/350øF/gas mark 4.

Melt butter and pour into an 8 inch baking tray. Sprinkle the coconut, choc chips and the nut and then drizzle over the condensed milk. Do not mix, just bake in the oven for 35 minutes.

Remove, cool and cut into 2 inch squares to serve.
