Peanut balls

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Philadelphia cream cheese,
Softened
¼ pounds Butterm softened
½ teaspoon Vanilla
2 pounds Sifted powdered sugar

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sifted sugar gradually, then knead until it holds together and is no longer sticky. Form into balls and store in refrigerator overnight. Coat with unsweetened chocolate and paraffin. Roll in finely chopped nuts. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-13-95
