Peanut raisin & chocolate clusters

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Egg white
¼ cup Sugar
¾ cup Raisins
¾ cup Raisins
¾ cup Chocolate chips

Beat egg white till frothy, add sugar gradually; continue beating till light. Stir in rasins, peanuts and chocolate chips. Place in mounds on cookie sheet lined with parchment (or buttered and floured). Bake in preheated 375F oven 8 to 10 minutes or till browned.
