Yield: 30 servings
|4 ounces||Semisweet chocolate|
|4 ounces||Milk chocolate|
|2 cups||Cocktail peanuts remove some of the salt by shaking peanuts|
Line a large baking sheet with waxed paper. Combine chocolate and oil in the top of a double boiler and melt over hot, but not boiling water. Stir until blended. Add peanuts and mix until coated. Drop by scant teaspoons onto waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator until firm.
Serve directly from refrigerator. Makes about 30 1½ inch clusters.
