Pea-co-nut pie

3Eggs
1cupLight corn syrup
¼cupSugar
teaspoonSalt
2tablespoonsButter, softened
2teaspoonsVanilla
1cupSpanish peanuts, chopped
½cupFlaked coconut

Directions

from "Goin' Nuts" ...a variation of pecan pie....

Heat oven to 375°. In large bowl, combine eggs, corn syrup, sugar, salt, butter & vanilla. Blend well at medium speed. Stir in peanuts & coconut.
