Pea-co-nut pie

1 | cup | Light corn syrup |
¼ | cup | Sugar |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
2 | tablespoons | Butter, softened |
2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
1 | cup | Spanish peanuts, chopped |
½ | cup | Flaked coconut |
from "Goin' Nuts" ...a variation of pecan pie....
Heat oven to 375°. In large bowl, combine eggs, corn syrup, sugar, salt, butter & vanilla. Blend well at medium speed. Stir in peanuts & coconut.
