2 tablespoons | Butter, softened |
2 teaspoons | Vanilla |
1 cup | Spanish peanuts, chopped |
½ cup | Flaked coconut |
from "Goin' Nuts" ...a variation of pecan pie....
Heat oven to 375°. In large bowl, combine eggs, corn syrup, sugar, salt, butter & vanilla. Blend well at medium speed. Stir in peanuts & coconut.
