Peanut butter pie #7

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Powdered sugar
½ cup Peanut butter
1 carton (8-oz) Cool Whip
3 ounces Cream cheese
1 pack (6-oz) chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Margarine
1 tablespoon Milk
1 Chocolate pie crust (see below or use a ready made Keebler chocolate pie crust)
2 cups Blended Oreos
⅓ cup Butter

CHOCOLATE PIE CRUST

From: Kristen Klusmire <kristen@...> Date: Tue, 30 Jul 1996 19:55:41 -0500 Blend all ingredients, except chips, margarine and milk. Spread on top of chocolate pie crust. Refrigerate until set. Melt chocolate chips, margarine and milk until smooth. Spread over pie and let set. *OPTION* Use chocolate fudge sauce instead of chocolate chips. CHOCOLATE PIE CRUST: Combine Oreos and butter and press in bottom of 9-inch round pie plate or springform pan.
