Patti's tangy beans and peas

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (16-oz) French style green beans; drained
1 can (16-oz) English peas; drained
1 medium Onion; diced
1 medium Bell pepper; diced
4 \N Sticks celery; diced
1 \N Jar (4-oz) pimiento
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Sugar
¼ cup Oil
1 tablespoon Water
½ cup Vinegar

DRESSING

Mix ingredients for dressing well. Pour over vegetables and let marinate overnight. Stir well, drain 1 hour before serving. Keep tightly covered in refrigerator.
