Patti's tangy beans and peas

1can(16-oz) English peas; drained
1mediumOnion; diced
1mediumBell pepper; diced
4Sticks celery; diced
1Jar (4-oz) pimiento
1teaspoonSalt
¾cupSugar
¼cupOil
1tablespoonWater
½cupVinegar

Directions

DRESSING

Mix ingredients for dressing well. Pour over vegetables and let marinate overnight. Stir well, drain 1 hour before serving. Keep tightly covered in refrigerator.
