| 1 | pack | Lemon flavoured gelatin hot water |
| 3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 1 | can | (No.2.1/2) grapefruit |

Directions
Mash avocados. Stir into slightly thickened lemon gelatine base made with lemon flavoured gelatin, hot water and lemon juice. Stir in grapefruit sections and chopped celery. Pour into a mold. Chill and unmold. serve with a whipped cream and mayonnaise mixture. Serves 8-10.
