Pat nixions avocado salad

Measure Ingredient
2 mediums Avocados
1 pack Lemon flavoured gelatin hot water
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 can (No.2.1/2) grapefruit
\N \N Sections -- drained
½ cup Chopped celery -- Whipped
\N \N Cream and

Mash avocados. Stir into slightly thickened lemon gelatine base made with lemon flavoured gelatin, hot water and lemon juice. Stir in grapefruit sections and chopped celery. Pour into a mold. Chill and unmold. serve with a whipped cream and mayonnaise mixture. Serves 8-10.
