Pat's rice

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Cooked rice
3 \N Eggs; beaten
2 cups Milk
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
½ cup Chopped parsley
2 smalls Onions; chopped
⅓ cup Melted butter
¾ cup Grated cheese
\N \N Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together. It will be soupy but will cook down. Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 hour.
