Ingredients

3cupsCooked rice
3Eggs; beaten
2cupsMilk
1canCream of mushroom soup
½cupChopped parsley
2smallsOnions; chopped
cupMelted butter
¾cupGrated cheese
Salt to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. It will be soupy but will cook down. Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 hour.
