Ingredients

| Fresh shrimp heads, and/or | ||
| Shells, lobster heads, and | ||
| Or shells, fresh fish bones. | ||
| Use ingredients singly or in | ||
| Combination. | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan or stockpot and bring to rapid boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer slowly 2 to 8 hours depending on strength of flavor desired. Strain before using.
