Pat's potato salad

Ingredients

12mediumsRed potatoes -- cubed
Boiled and peeled
1mediumRed onion -- chopped
1cupFresh parsley -- chopped
cupMayonnaise
1cupSour cream -- 8 oz
¼cupSugar
¼cupVinegar
4teaspoonsDry mustard
1teaspoonSalt

Directions

In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onion and parsley. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and mix well.

Refrigerate at least 1 hr. before serving. Salad can be prepared a day ahead. Yield: 12 to 16 servings.
