Pasta sauces

Measure Ingredient
5 \N Cloves garlic; Mash and chop very fine, mixed with:
⅓ cup Vinegar
⅔ cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Prepared horseradish
\N \N Salt and Pepper to taste

I have a GREAT pasta sauce. I don't know if you can freeze it, as I have never tried. This is from a friend and I have asked him to patent it several times. This is his own version. ENJOY! Mix all together, shake well, and serve on pasta salad. I add black and green olives to my pasta salad..

You can make a larger size recipe, just make sure it's 1/3rd to 2/3rd vinegar to olive oil.
