Passover orange icing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
⅓ cup Orange juice
2 \N Egg whites stiffly beaten

Combine sugar and juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook to 242* or until mixture spins a 6 - 8 inch thread. Slowly pour into stiffly beaten egg whites, beating constantly. Continue beating until mixture holds its shape.
