Passover boiled chocolate frosting (pareve)

| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Water |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Vegetable oil |
| 4 | ounces | Bittersweet chocolate, melted |

Boil sugar with water until it spins a 6 - 8" thread (242*) . Stir in chocolate gradually, until icing is smooth. When Icing coats a spoon evenly, beat in oil.
