Passover pastry ii

Measure Ingredient
6 ounces Matzo meal, finely ground
2 ounces Potato flour
1 pinch Salt, - or -
1 teaspoon Granulated sugar
3 tablespoons Ice water
4 ounces Margarine

Mix together matzo meal, potato flour, salt or sugar (depending on whether you're making a savory or sweet dish). Rub in margarine until it resembles fine bread crumbs. Add ice water, a little at a t ime (you may not need all of it), until it forms a ball. Wrap in plastic and chill at least 30 minutes before working.
