Passover orange cake

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1cup+ 2 tbsp. sweet butter
cupSugar
6largesEggs
2cupsGround almonds
2largesOranges; (grated peel & peeled sections)

Directions

Combine butter and sugar; add eggs, 1 at a time. Fold in almonds and orange peel. Pour three fourths of mixture into a greased 10" tube pan. Top with orange slices and remaining batter. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for ½ hours.
