|4 \N||Ripe peaches; pitted, sliced|
|1 teaspoon||Lemon juice|
|1 \N||Fresh passion fruit|
|1 pint||Vanilla ice cream or yogurt|
From: japlady@... (Rebecca Radnor) Date: 12 Dec 1994 23:12:40 -0600 1. Combine peaches, sugar and lemon juice in a medium bowl; toss gently.
Cut passion fruit in half crosswise and squeeze juice over peach mixture (it's okay if there are some seeds); fold in raspberries.
2. To serve, spoon ice cream into sundae cups and top with fruit mixture.
