Parsley-tomato dressing

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Tomato juice
1 pinch Cayenne pepper
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon Fresh oregano
1 tablespoon Minced onion
½ teaspoon Black pepper
¼ cup Chopped fresh parsley
½ cup Fresh or canned tomatoes, chopped
1 \N Clove garlic, minced

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.

4 servings (3 Tbsp. each). 20 calories per serving. ⅕ g fat. 9% fat.
