Parsley sandwiches

| ½ | cup | Chopped fresh parsley |
| 8 | slices | Bacon |
| 1 | cup | Mayonnaise (up to) |
| ½ | teaspoon | Onion juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | dash | Pepper |
| Sliced bread | ||
Directions
Cook & crumble bacon. Set aside. Combine rest of ingredients. Add bacon & spread on bread. Makes 2 dozen sandwiches.
