½cupChopped fresh parsley
8slicesBacon
1cupMayonnaise (up to)
½teaspoonOnion juice
½teaspoonSalt
1dashPepper
Sliced bread

Directions

Cook & crumble bacon. Set aside. Combine rest of ingredients. Add bacon & spread on bread. Makes 2 dozen sandwiches.
