1 cup | Dry bread crumbs |
½ cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
½ teaspoon | Paprika |
½ teaspoon | Garlic salt |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 \N | Frying chicken (3 to 3 an 1/2 pounds) cut into pieces |
4 tablespoons | Butter or margarine; melted |
In a shallow pan, combine bread crumbs, cheese, paprika, garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieced in butter, then roll in crumb mixture. Arrange, skin side up, without touching, in a lightly greased baking pan. Bake , uncovered, in a 359 degree oven for l hour or until meat near thighbone is no longer pink when slashed. Makes 4 servings.
