|½ cup||Melted butter|
|1 cup||Fine whole wheat bread|
|¾ cup||Parmesan cheese|
|1 clove||Garlic, minced|
|¼ cup||Chopped parsley|
|½ teaspoon||Seasoned salt|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse chicken breasts; pat dry. Dip into melted butter; coat with mixture of the remaining ingredients.
Arrange skin side up in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining butter and crumb mixture. Bake for 50 minutes or until tender.
