Seeing I haven't posted in quite a while, I thought that I would post lowfat from the Taste of Home Lowfat Country Cooking. Out of 455 recipes I only have 44 formatted. Plan on formatting the rest this week. Hope you all enjoy these.
Place popcorn in a large bowl and mist with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley and dill; sprinkle over popcorn and toss lightly. Serve immediately.
Yield: 2½ cups

NOTES : This recipe proves that popcorn doesn't have to be topped with butter in order to be tasty. Here seasonings and a little Parmesan cheese give great flavor.
