Parmesan oven fries

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Baked potatoes
1 tablespoon Grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Dried thyme
¼ teaspoon Paprika

Slice baked potatoes into long wedges. Place on a large baking sheet, coat with nonstick spray and sprinkle the cheese, thyme, and paprika. Bake at 450 F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown.

Serves 4. Per serving: 67 cal, 09g fat, 35mg sodium.
