Parmesan crisps

Measure Ingredient
30 grams Parmesan
Knob of butter

Preheat the oven to 225c/425f/Gas 7.

1 Finely grate the parmesan and sprinkle it in 4 heaps on a buttered baking tray. Cook in the oven for 5-6 minutes until crisp and golden.

2 Immediately after taking them out of the oven, slide the crisps off the tray using a palette knife.

3 Place them on a rolling pin so they curl slightly. They will cool very quickly.
