Quick and easy sauteed salmon steaks

Ingredients

| 4 | Salmon Steaks | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Soy Sauce (thin or mushroom) or fish sauce |
| 4 | slices | Lemon |
| ½ | Red onion sliced and cut into half rings | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Margerine |
| ½ | teaspoon | To 1 ts garlic, minced |
Directions
In large and heavy non-stick skillet, melt margerine, add soy or oriental fish sauce and garlic. Let fuse and ad onion, allow to soften fully then and add salmon. Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and continue another 4 to 5 minutes or until it easily flakes. Garnish with lemon slices.
