Quick and easy sauteed salmon steaks

4Salmon Steaks
1teaspoonSoy Sauce (thin or mushroom) or fish sauce
4slicesLemon
½Red onion sliced and cut into half rings
2tablespoonsMargerine
½teaspoonTo 1 ts garlic, minced

Directions

In large and heavy non-stick skillet, melt margerine, add soy or oriental fish sauce and garlic. Let fuse and ad onion, allow to soften fully then and add salmon. Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and continue another 4 to 5 minutes or until it easily flakes. Garnish with lemon slices.
