18 pounds BACON;SLICED FZ

1. ARRANGE SLICES IN ROWS(APPROXIMATELY 2 LB 8 OZ PER PAN) ACROSS PAN WITH FAT EDGES SLIGHTLY OVERLAPPING LESN EDGES.

2. BAKE, WITHOUT TURNING, 20 TO 25 MINUTES UNTIL BACON IS CRISP. DO NOT OVERCOOK. DRAIN OR SKIM OFF EXCESS FAT AS NEEDED.

DRAIN THOROUGHLY ON ABSORBENT PAPER.
