Fried rice with bacon

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Cold, cooked rice
½ teaspoon Sugar
½ pounds Bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs, scrambled very soft
2 Green onions & tops, chopped

Stir-fry rice in hot oil for 1 minute. Add sugar, salt and soy sauce. Stior until heated through. Add eggs, green onions, and bacon pcs. Stir to mix and serve.
