Eggs baked with bacon

Measure Ingredient
2 slices Bacon; cooked crisp --
\N \N Crumble
\N pinch Chives
\N \N Butter or margarine -- opt
1 teaspoon Fine dry bread crumbs
2 \N Eggs
1 teaspoon Milk
\N \N Salt and pepper

VARIATIONS-For a more substantial dish, sprinkle eggs with 1 to 2 tb shredded Cheddar and top with a few cooked shrimp. Brush individual gratin dish or casserole with bacon grease or butter, if used. Crack eggs into dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chives. Sprinkle bacon over eggs and then sprinkle with the bread crumbs. Pour milk over eggs. Bake at 350~ for 13 to 15 minutes or until eggs are set.
