Oven chinese casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
2 tablespoons Butter
2 cups Chopped onion
2 cups Chopped celery
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Hot water
1 can Mushroom soup
⅓ cup Soya sauce
1 cup Uncooked rice

(from a friend with 4 kids)

Brown the ground beef in the butter, add the onion and celery when the beef is almost done so they get a bit tender. Add remaining ingred. Pour into a glass casserole dish, cover, and bake at 350F, 1 hour. Stir and serve.
