Onion chicken casserole

Ingredients

1pack(10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts
½cupChopped sweet onions
1cupGrated cheddar cheese
2Eggs, slightly beaten
½cupMayonnaise
1canCream of mushroom soup
1Soup can water
¾cupConverted rice, uncooked
½cupSliced mushrooms
6Chicken breasts (boneless, if desired)

Directions

Cook onions with broccoli according to package directions; drain. Mix together the next 7 ingredients. Add broccoli and onions and stir.

Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and place chicken on top.

Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
