Onion chicken casserole

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts
½ cup Chopped sweet onions
1 cup Grated cheddar cheese
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 Soup can water
¾ cup Converted rice, uncooked
½ cup Sliced mushrooms
6 Chicken breasts (boneless, if desired)


Cook onions with broccoli according to package directions; drain. Mix together the next 7 ingredients. Add broccoli and onions and stir.

Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and place chicken on top.

Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
