Yield: 6 servings
|1 pack||(10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts|
|½ cup||Chopped sweet onions|
|1 cup||Grated cheddar cheese|
|2||Eggs, slightly beaten|
|1 can||Cream of mushroom soup|
|1||Soup can water|
|¾ cup||Converted rice, uncooked|
|½ cup||Sliced mushrooms|
|6||Chicken breasts (boneless, if desired)|
Cook onions with broccoli according to package directions; drain. Mix together the next 7 ingredients. Add broccoli and onions and stir.
Pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan and place chicken on top.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
