Oven barbecued caribou ribs

Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Caribou ribs |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
| Salt & Pepper | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| 16 | ounces | Tomato sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Prepared mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon | Louisiana Hot Sauce |
Directions
Place ribs in a large oven proof dish. Brush lightly with cooking oil; sprinkle
with salt & pepper. Bake at 325-350 degrees until fairly well done, turning once. Combine the remaining ingredients with the tomato sauce; pour over ribs.
Bake until done, basting occasionally with sauce.
