Oregon hazelnut dipping sauce

Ingredients

12ouncesPineapple juice
¼cupCornstarch
2tablespoonsSoy sauce
½teaspoonInstant minced garlic
½cupFinely chopped hazelnuts (Oregon hazelnuts)

Directions

Yield: 3 cups (12 servings).

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, except nuts. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and clear.

Just before serving, stir in nuts.
