Orange-onion salad

Measure Ingredient
8 larges Lettuce leaves
8 mediums Oranges; sliced
2 mediums Red onions; sliced
\N \N Girard's Old San Francisco French dressing

Peel oranges; slice in ¼-inch thick rings. Peel onions, slice thinly and separate into rings. Place lettuce leaf on salad plate; place sliced orange rings (1 orange per serving) on lettuce. Cover with 2 slices of onion, which has been separated into rings. Pour dressing on top, using amount desired, when ready to serve. Makes 8 servings.
