Orange cream cheese spread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Cream cheese; softened
3 tablespoons Unsalted butter; softened
2 tablespoons Fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Freshly grated orange peel
1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice

Combine all in a blender or food processor. Adjust sweetness with addition of a little more honey if desired. Wonderful on panckaes, waffles or english muffins.
