Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
½ cup | Cream cheese; softened |
3 tablespoons | Unsalted butter; softened |
2 tablespoons | Fresh orange juice |
1 tablespoon | Honey |
1 tablespoon | Freshly grated orange peel |
1 teaspoon | Fresh lemon juice |
Combine all in a blender or food processor. Adjust sweetness with addition of a little more honey if desired. Wonderful on panckaes, waffles or english muffins.
