Old bay onion pie

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Butter
6 mediums Onion; peeled & sliced
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
¼ teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Milk
5 \N Egg; beaten
1 \N Pie shell, 9\"
2 tablespoons Parsley
12 slices Bacon; crumbled

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and saut# onions, Old Bay seasoning and salt over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. Add milk and stir in eggs. Pour mixture in pie shell; top with parsley and bacon. Bake for 50 minutes until done.
