Old bay turkey cakes

| ½ | cup | Bread crumbs, italian |
| 1 | pounds | Turkey; cooked, minced |

| 2 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
| 2 | teaspoons | Old Bay seasoning |
| 2 | Scallions; finely chopped | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter |
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey and butter.
After ingredients are thoroughly combined, gently stir in turkey.
Form into 4 or 5 turkey cakes. Saute in butter until lightly browned on both sides.
