Okinawa dango (doughnuts)

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Flour
1 cup Sugar
3½ cup Tsp baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs
½ cup Milk

Mix dry ingredients together. Beat eggs slightly and add milk.

Combine dry and liquid ingredients. Mix until blended. Shape into small balls and deep fry. Roll in sugar.
